The Pilates Room is outfitted with Gratz Pilates apparatuses. Pilates private training is available in single and duet sessions for hands on attention and maximum results. Private pole, Burlesque, tango, ballroom dance, yoga and barre sculpt are also available in our Main Room. The Rooftop Deck is open for hire for private yoga. Project specific training is available, and includes packages to get ready for your wedding, film or special event. The training will focus on your specific needs, whether you are trying to improve your physique, learn a routine for your "first dance" at your wedding, a lap dance or a playful striptease for your honeymoon, or getting back in rock star shape after baby. Our training style will bring out the best you in all that we offer.
